• Can use some area in other room for staging

• Room is unfinished but does have stud walls in place
• Main workspace / workbench has to be in same room
• Two levels with helix
• Try to maintain mostly 3' aisles
• 30" mainline radius
• Model large yard - Markham
• Steel mill operations
• Heavy interchange traffic
• Rural / farmland scenery
• Decatur branch line
• Have some long straight runs
• Eventual signal and computerized CTC integration
• Wireless DCC control
• Plan for operations, but avoid car-cards
• Mimic the prototype, but allow flexibility to do what I want
